HARMLESS Film Festival 2026
THE FIRST EDITION
The first edition of HARMLESS Film Festival took place in Novi Sad from 26–28 June 2026, bringing together 24 films from more than 20 countries for three days of cinema, conversations and encounters.
Our inaugural programme explored stories of conflict, memory, war, resistance and social change, with 16 short films competing for the festival awards. Alongside the competition, the festival featured the ALL EYES ON programme dedicated to Palestine, special screenings, conversations and masterclasses with filmmakers Lidija Zelović and Ivan Ramljak.
The jury consisting of Lidija Zelović, Ognjen Glavonić and Željko Stanetić awarded the Best Film Award to Exit Through the Cuckoo's Nest by Nikola Ilić, while the Audience Award was presented to The Orchards by Antoine Chapon.
Three days, dozens of stories, and a first glimpse of what HARMLESS can become.
Thank you for being part of our beginning.
See you in 2027!
